IT Sales + Recruitment Consultant

What do we do at LinkSoft Technologies?

For 16 years, LinkSoft has been supplying clients with customized information systems as well as experts who will enrich the client's development team or help them with consultations in the given IT area. We have an experienced team of developers, analysts, project managers, testers and other specialties related to software development. We work with customers from various fields, so no one gets bored. 

Who are we looking for and what awaits you? 

We are looking for someone with a passion for finding contacts, opening new opportunities and building relationships. We would like someone to actively participate and develop the part of LinkSoft's business focused on providing quality experts to our clients. The ideal is a person who can both obtain new contracts for outsourcing/teamleasing and can find new colleagues who will be suitable for these positions and thus successfully complete the teams of our existing or new clients. 

What exactly will you do at LinkSoft? 

  • Monitor the market, current trends, needs and desires of customers;
  • Proactively and daily seek, approach and bring new clients and new professionals to LinkSoft for open/acquired roles;
  • Expand business with existing clients;
  • Cooperate with other colleagues, traders or recruiters. 

What type of experience are we looking for? 

We are looking for a partner with a taste for business and a desire to succeed. We are ready to help, advise, encourage, but we expect that:

  • You really enjoy business and people and are results-oriented;
  • You have already experienced at least something in IT or you just love it;
  • You have experience in the supply of IT experts either as a salesperson or a recruiter, ideally in combination;
  • Ideally, you have contacts that you can use successfully;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You have at least a secondary school education, higher education is welcome.
